Shooting Stars on it again..
Young Bladz continued their blistering form on Friday when they thrashed shooting stars at the Baraton university pitch. This game saw a rare attendance by the assistant dean of men Mr. Mugeke who was on the stands, we could not figure out exactly which team he was supported but he appeared to be all smiles through out the game.
The game started with a slow pace with the Bladz netting twice in the first 45 minutes and having played with less experienced players in the first half saw them punished and it took a tactical change from the technical team to change the game in the second half which proved to kill the game with their captain Phillo inspiring the team to a heavy victory against a poor stars side.
Goals started pouring in the earlier minutes of the second half with captain Philo scoring his first ever hatrick, the goal keeper turned striker was smiles after the game and he couldn't hide his joy after the game, other players who scored in this game included Jaffe ,Isaac,Ken and Manasse.
This game saw Bladz increase the tittle hopes as beat the shooting stars 8 - 2. They moved to the fourth spot on the log with two games at hand.
The shooting stars seat at the bottom of the table and are yet to win a match in this league.and have a tight fixture against the Rovers who are the league leaders.
