Spanners throw their tittle chances.

Spanners lost their only hope of winning this seasons Baraton premier league after they were beaten by the mighty Rovers.

The highly anticipated fixture produced a masterclass act on Friday when the two giant teams in the league faced each other. The game appeared to be tight and it only took a slight mistake of the goal keeper in the early minutes of the game to hand the rovers three crucial minutes when Sila slotted home at a close range after fine save from Owen.

The league leaders demonstrated a high level of resilience and composure through out the game and clearly outclassed their long term rivals  by denying them any clear scoring opportunity.
They dominated the game and even managed to miss to convert from the spot after Owen produced a master piece only to save his team from the humiliation by the electrified crowds watching the game.

Sangu saw his effort denied by the post in the dying minutes of of the game after a horrific play from Ackim who left the goal wide open not knowing the ever preying eyes of the Malawi international student.

Rovers have sent a clear message  to their rivals about them being crowned  the BPL champions this season, and it remains at their hands to loose it.
